Reminds me of the time I went to an underground punk show with Beefloaf and Chorizy one time and I accidentally ate some magic mushrooms and forgot about it until I got to the venue and they kicked in while I was talking to Beefloaf and it was overall just a really fun time.
That’s the perfect way to explain the Section 108 guys. Just a really good fun solid time and a judge free zone if we’re being honest.
Just a couple guys that love their desperate and miserable franchise with every waking fiber of their existence. 3 dudes that love having a drink and relentlessly making fun of each other. It’s a perfect group of Chicago White Sox fans and that’s reflected in the fact they get their own Bobble Head night in September.
So congratulations to the Section 108 guys and the awesome community of people they bring together despite such overwhelmingly bad baseball. It’s a testament to their character and charisma that they’re able to build camaraderie despite historically atrocious efforts from the Chicago White Sox.
