I saw this and had to read it a couple times just to make sure I was getting it straight. Jon Gruden’s son is a… POWER LIFTER?
Apparently.
I had no idea and after about 3-5 minutes of brief research, it’s fairly obvious that Deuce Gruden would beat the shit out you and me pretty easily.

The grip strength on this guy has to be like catching a barracuda 40 miles off coast drifting into the wind.
And while I’m sure this is common knowledge to so many, I have no problem admitting I was outside this loop.

And here’s Deuce just casually ripping 405 x 5
If you knew this then I guess that’s a good thing because nobody wants to get their ass kicked. And Deuce Gruden is definitely that type of guy looking to kick somebody’s ass respectfully.
So just a heads up if you see this dude coming. He could probably fuck you up so easily you wouldn’t even realize.
418 opener is quite literally no fucking joke.
PS – All around kid. Go figure. But when you read the high school accomplishments on paper. Wow. It really pops man. This Deuce kid. I tell ya.
