We had to take Scottie Puppen to the vet this morning so please excuse a couple quick update blogs to start the week. I’ll be back around lunch with a long winded game notes blog from the weekend and we posted a fresh MMCS podcast this morning. So there’s some focused Cubs content now and in the immediate future coming. For now though let me just say that we completely reloaded a fresh 100 jars of Timber & Tea Tree this weekend which has been the #1 best selling scent since launching Sterk Family Farms.
Originally I wanted to call it Lumberjack because it smells like you’re wearing flannel and strolling in the woods. But I was told that’s too masculine

That may or may not be true. But my broader point is that there’s some reverse psychology thing with scents, apparently. I recently learned about it in real time just like you but studies show that I’m going to gravitate towards the gayer scent. And so far I have. Lavish Lavender is by far our most gay scent and also my personal #1.
But our top seller has been Timber & Tea Tree and there’s a couple reasons for that. It’s the best name. It’s the strongest alliteration. The “tah” and “tee” sound comes from the front of your mouth. And we’ve fielded a lot more orders from women than I anticipated.
That’s unique because the traffic is so predominantly male. You know? So that’s nice. That’s good shit.
Anyways the point of this blog is to remind you guys I’m at the vet with Scottie Puppen right now and that fuckin blows. The second point is to say we spent the weekend restocking our #1 seller and it’s available right now if you want some.
And if you don’t that’s a-okay trust me. The blog still runs and the Cubs still play baseball and there’s still podcasts to do and all that shit.
